The University of the Incarnate Word is starting up an NCAA Division II football program. One of the first things you do when you start up an NCAA Division II football program is you hire a head coach. Coach Santiago will always be remembered as the first ever head coach of UIW. For the next 2 years he will recruit and plan for Cardinal Football.
